Goalkeeper Development Program

The goalkeeper requires vastly different skills from a field player. As the last point of defence for the team, it is also a position under more scrutiny than other positions. The technical skills required to play the position are complex and difficult. Most players do not have access to an experienced goalkeeper to teach them these skills at the team level. The East York Soccer Club clinics give goalkeepers the access to teachers with professional experience. This gives players the advantage needed in learning the advanced skills required to play the position with confidence.
