East York Soccer Club is offering referee courses that includes the OSA Certificate Course and a complete uniform.

The courses are run by the OSA and will take place at:
Scarborough Soccer Center (45 Fairfax Ave).
The courses will take place this Spring on dates yet to be determined.

There are two clinics being held, and you must attend all 3 classes for the chosen clinic.
Verification of age is required. Participants must be 14 years of age by March 31, 2010.

The cost is $150.00 and you can download the form Here.
Complete the form and return it to the Club as soon as possible.
